Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day refund and replacement policy for eligible orders.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@cacaw.in within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The item is damaged.
• The item is defective or not functioning properly.
• You received the wrong item.
Our team may request photos, videos, unboxing footage or additional information to help evaluate the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Personal Hygiene Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tested. Refunds or replacements for such products will only be provided if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified functional issue.
Returns
Returns require prior approval from our support team. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items returned without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
